ANNA QUAN offers a flexible return policy allowing customers to return full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and hygiene seals still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the return authorization form is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
